We’re aware that many of you currently depend on Calq, which is why we have come up with a progressive timeline to minimise the impact of this news on your businesses:
We’ve already closed new signups to Calq, to focus our energy on helping our customers migrate.
On 1st Jun 2018 we will stop recording new data. To assist you in your migration, our API endpoints for tracking data will return 200 OK responses, but not record the new data. This will ensure any older SDKs have slightly longer to migrate.
Your data will still be available until 31st Jun 2018, when we will turn off access to Calq, including logins, reports and downloads.
Unless you request to cancel sooner, your last subscription payment will be collected at the start of May.
We will finally turn off all externally accessible APIs, which were still responding with HTTP code 200 on 1st July 2018.
